Hello, I'm Joanna
I am a Registered Psychologist with experience supporting military personnel, veterans and their families, athletes, and individuals navigating perinatal and parenting transitions. I have a particular interest in men’s mental health and helping people perform and thrive across life stages.

I bring warmth and understanding to my work with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan, including those with autism and ADHD, and have experience supporting clients with complex presentations.

My therapeutic approach is person-centred and attachment-informed. I focus on building trust, recognising strengths, and creating a collaborative space for reflection and growth. I draw from evidence-based models suited to each client’s goals and context. I am trained in a variety of evidence- based therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

My Story
I work with clients experiencing mood and anxiety concerns, trauma, adjustment challenges, and major life transitions. I value the process of piecing together each person’s story through assessment and therapy to better understand how things came to be, and how they can meaningfully change.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my busy young family, getting outdoors, and all things sport and fitness.
