Matthew Robert
Operations & Practice Manager
I am Blueprint Psychology’s behind-the-scenes manager. I am an experienced manager, with over 15 years background in working with large scale, sensitive organisations like security, refugees, banking and aviation. I am a Macquarie University graduate with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences, and a Masters of Business Administration. I am excited about using my experience and qualifications to support the team at Blueprint Psychology in delivering efficient, effective and clinically ethical assessment and treatment options for our clients. When I am not running the operational side of Blueprint Psychology, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my puppy and going to the gym. I look forward to seeing you in our clinic!

As the Administrative Manager for Blueprint Psychology, I typically work behind the scenes or only with afterhours clients. I take great joy in assisting others access the healthcare services they need, and am currently seeing this passion through with a degree in the health sector. In my freetime I enjoy playing with my dog, and catching up with friends. I look forward to meeting you or being involved with your behind the scenes admin!

I am a Junior Receptionist at Blueprint Psychology, where I enjoy welcoming clients and supporting them in navigating our services. I am passionate about providing assistance to people with a positive and empathetic approach, and enjoy working in a practice where these values are shared. In my free time, I love reading, vintage shopping, and going for long walks. I look forward to meeting when you visit us!

I am a full-time university student who works part-time in Reception at Blueprint Psychology because I like helping people to access the right supports by working out what they need, how to solve problems and work through difficulties. I enjoy working in a team of friendly, nice and professional people.

I work primarily as an after-hours receptionist outside studying Medicine full-time. I believe in a holistic and individualised model of healthcare, and it is a real privilege to contribute to the compassionate, safe and high quality care environment provided by all members of the team.
