Matthew Robert
Practice Manager
I am Blueprint Psychology’s behind-the-scenes manager. I am an experienced manager, with over 15 years background in working with large scale, sensitive organisations like security, refugees, banking and aviation. ​I am a Macquarie University graduate with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences, and a Masters of Business Administration. I am excited about using my experience and qualifications to support the team at Blueprint Psychology in delivering efficient, effective and clinically ethical assessment and treatment options for our clients. ​When I am not running the operational side of Blueprint Psychology, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my puppy and going to the gym. I look forward to seeing you in our clinic!

Hi there!
I work full time on the admin team at Blueprint Psychology, bringing experience from GP practice and the outpatient clinics at RPAH. Since moving from Tasmania to Sydney in early 2025, I’ve had a great time getting to know the city. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me running, reading, or hunting for new beaches to visit.

Reception & Administration Manager
As one of the receptionists, and the Administrative Manager for Blueprint Psychology, I typically work behind the scenes or only with afterhours clients. I take great joy in assisting others access the healthcare services they need, and am currently seeing this passion through with a degree in the health sector. In my freetime I enjoy playing with my dog, and catching up with friends. I look forward to meeting you or being involved with your behind the scenes admin!

Junior Receptionist
I am a Junior Receptionist at Blueprint Psychology, where I enjoy welcoming clients and supporting them in navigating our services. I am passionate about providing assistance to people with a positive and empathetic approach, and enjoy working in a practice where these values are shared. In my free time, I love reading, vintage shopping, and going for long walks. I look forward to meeting when you visit us!
