Matthew Robert
Practice Manager
I am Blueprint Psychology’s behind-the-scenes manager. I am an experienced manager, with over 15 years background in working with large scale, sensitive organisations like security, refugees, banking and aviation. I am a Macquarie University graduate with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences, and a current Masters of Business Administration. I am excited about using my experience and qualifications to support the team at Blueprint Psychology in delivering efficient, effective and clinically ethical assessment and treatment options for our clients. When I am not running the operational side of Blueprint Psychology, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my puppy and going to the gym. I look forward to seeing you in our clinic!

I am the Client Intake and Triage Nurse at Blueprint Psychology. I am passionate about working at Blueprint Psychology because I love being able to help people and to make a difference in their lives. Working as a nurse providing client intake in a psychology practice usually makes me the first point of contact and it gives me the opportunity to listen to clients and do my best to help them with their needs and guide them.
I am an Enrolled Nurse and have learnt about the importance of physical and mental health. I am thankful for my journey from studying administration/business to nursing which has opened platforms for me to work in areas where I can help others who might need help in navigating their lives too and providing guidance with my personal experiences and skills to help them in building the support system they need.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family and snuggling my little puppy. I am also currently pursuing my qualification as a Registered Nurse.

I am an allied health student, at the University of Sydney. I am an admin team member for Blueprint Psychology. I am passionate about helping people have a smooth experience online, in person and over the phone. I would describe my style and approach to clients as thoughtful and empathetic and I hope to make your experience at Blueprint Psychology enjoyable. When I am not studying or working, I enjoy listening to progressive rock, podcasts and debates. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and be yourself when we meet!

I am a full-time student who works part-time in Reception at Blueprint Psychology because I like helping people to access the right supports by working out what they need, how to solve problems and work through difficulties. I enjoy working in a team of friendly, nice and professional people, and as a neurodiverse person myself, I know how important these attributes are. When I am not working or studying, I listen to music, draw and play with my dog.
