Hello, I'm Vittoria

I am the Lead Psychologist at Blueprint Psychology, with extensive experience and a strong commitment to providing neuroaffirming, evidence‑based care. I work collaboratively with clients, valuing their lived experience and supporting them to better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and work towards goals that are meaningful to them.

Areas of Expertise

  • Schema Therapy: Supporting clients to identify and shift unhelpful patterns, fostering insight, resilience, and lasting change.

  • DBT, ACT, and CBT: Drawing on a range of evidence‑based therapies building skills to navigate thoughts, emotions, and life challenges.

  • Neuroaffirming autism assessments: Providing respectful, thorough assessments that recognise individuality, strengths, and diverse ways of experiencing the world.

My Story

I completed my Bachelor of Psychology at Charles Sturt University and my Master of Professional Psychology at Macquarie University. I also hold Diplomas in Training and Assessment, Learning Design and Development, and Business Administration. Alongside my formal qualifications, I have undertaken training in Schema Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and evidence‑based neurodivergent‑affirming approaches.

My professional background includes teaching in vocational education, which has shaped my understanding of how assessment, learning, and support can be used flexibly to help people navigate both education and life more confidently.

My approach is trauma‑informed, affirming, and grounded in current research. I see assessment as one part of a broader process of understanding how a person learns, relates, and engages with the world. Used thoughtfully, assessment can highlight both strengths and challenges, and guide decisions about support, growth, and future pathways. I aim to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported.

On a personal note, I have two adult children who have taken very different paths through school, TAFE, and university. When I'm not engaged in my work, I indulge in watching K-Dramas, exploring new languages, trying diverse cuisines, and cherishing moments with my family and pets.
