Cancellations and Repeated No Shows Policy

At Blueprint Psychology, we value the time of both our clients and health professionals. To ensure fair access to our services and optimise appointment availability, we have implemented a Cancellations and Repeated No Shows Policy.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you provide more than 24 hours' notice. This allows us to inform your health professional and offer the appointment slot to individuals on our waitlist. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full rate of the missed service.

 

Confirmation and Notification:

You will receive a text confirmation 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, please ensure you contact us directly. Please note that responding to the text confirmation will not be considered a valid notification of cancellation.

 

Repeated No Shows:

We understand that life can be challenging, and attending regular appointments may become difficult.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but if you are unable to make your appointment and do not inform us in advance, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows inconvenience other clients who may have wanted the time slot. After two consecutive no-shows, we may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

Additionally, if you repeatedly cancel sessions or fail to attend scheduled appointments without notice on multiple occasions, your health professional may need to terminate sessions with you. This decision will be reconsidered once your life circumstances allow you to commit to regular treatment sessions again.
