Hello, I'm Peter
I’m a Registered Psychologist working with children, adolescents, families and adults. I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of change. I aim to create a safe, steady space where you feel heard, understood and included. My approach is warm, collaborative and neuroaffirming, and I tailor therapy to each person’s strengths, goals and pace.
Adults are a big part of my work too. I see people on their own for their wellbeing, at all stages of life, whether they’re managing anxiety or low mood, struggling in their relationships, grieving a loss, or working through a big life change. With every client, younger or older, I shape therapy around who they are, what they’ve been through and what they hope to change.

My Story
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in child protection and community services. That gave me a deep understanding of family systems and of the children, young people and adults living through complex circumstances, including domestic violence.
Connection matters to me outside the therapy room too. I’m happiest catching up with friends and family over a coffee, a drink or a long dinner. I keep myself balanced with regular gym sessions, pilates and yoga, and I roast my own coffee at home, so I’m always up for a coffee chat.
