YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

When you arrive for your initial appointment, you will have been sent a reminder text and email that details the location and time of your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your session to allow for any information taking from our friendly reception staff.

Our reception staff will greet you, show you to the waiting area and chat to you about any questions.
